McFarland Family Festival
The Family Festival is a showcase for our community. The Festival Board is seeking broad support from McFarland residents of all ages to come meet each other and help celebrate who we are as a community.
The Festival will need volunteer and financial support to thrive this year. Many volunteers are needed to help plan and carry out dozens of activities.
The Family Festival was started in 1985 by what was then the McFarland Business Association (later to become the Chamber of Commerce). It was a way for them to show appreciation to the community. When the Festival outgrew its Chamber sponsorship, the not-for-profit McFarland Family Festival, Inc. was created in 2003 to continue the event.
