McClellan's Brewing Co., opening October 2015, is located in the King Soopers shopping center at Taft Hill Road and Elizabeth. We are a brewpub featuring our own handcrafted cask ales brewed in the traditional Celtic style, as well as a limited menu of high-end spirits. Artisan sandwiches and charcuterie boards are also available.

Our interior reflects simple elegance, while paying tribute to Celtic heritage. The dining area offers indoor, as well as patio seating, with the deli counter accessed at the entryway. Part of the brewing process can be observed behind glass windows from the interior and exterior.
