Vision

McCaw Hall is the Pacific Northwest's premier performing arts venue – an architectural and cultural landmark, known as an exquisite home for world-class ballet and opera; as a beautiful, functional and accommodating facility for major performances and events; and as a place where the attention to clients and patrons compels all to return.

Mission

McCaw Hall exists to support and facilitate the missions of Seattle Center and our partners, Pacific Northwest Ballet and Seattle Opera. With passion for the arts, pride in our spectacular architecture, and firm commitment to our role as stewards of this major public asset, we pursue this mission by:

- providing a welcoming, efficient, safe and well maintained home for our partners to create and present their work, and our clients to host their events;
- creating an experience of welcome, occasion and "the magic of theatre" for every patron for each performance and event;
- managing the financial, physical and personnel resources entrusted to us by our partners and our community with the highest degree of professionalism and creativity;
- capitalizing on the Hall's assets to secure a diverse range of events that maximize its use, community service and revenue.
