About Us
Mayo Clinic Health System in New Prague includes a primary care clinic, express care clinic, a community fitness center external link, a Women’s Health Center and a 25-bed Critical Care Access Hospital and Level IV Trauma Center. We provide care to residents of Scott, LeSueur, Rice and Sibley counties.
Queen of Peace Hospital and area clinics joined Mayo Clinic Health System on July 1, 2011, when the Sisters of the Order of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota, decided to end their decades long sponsorship of the facilities. They felt Mayo Clinic Health System would be a good steward of community health care needs going forward.
