Mission Statement:
The Mascoutah Public Library enhances the quality of life for commuity residents of all ages by providing materials and services to meet their informational, educational and recreational needs. Particluar emphasis is directed toward making items of popular intrest avaliable in a variety of media, and assisting patrons to conduct research. The library also strongly encourages children and their parents to explore the wonder of reading and learning by providing materials, group-based activites, and a friendly environment.
