Our Wildflower Traditional Sweet and Traditional Dry Mead Wine are made from Midwest honey blended with special floral honeys, including wildflower, to come up with as unique a flavor as possible.  Three additional Meads (Honey Wines) blended with premium, hand-sorted real fruit (Melomel) were introduced in 2014 and are SOLD OUT.  These Wines are Banana Mead, Blueberry Mead, and Prickly Pear Watermelon Mead.  Striving to retain all the flavors in their natural purest form, we take great efforts to use only the highest quality selected honey; only the freshest, hand-sorted fruits, and the gentlest wine making techniques possible.   Visit the "Our Wines" page for newly introduced Mead wines.  All of our wines are Gluten-Free and fermented on premium aged oak that's been toasted to perfection.  No artificial colors or flavorings are used.
