About Us:
The Marion Co. Fair Association was reorganized in 1974 after approximately 20 years without a fair in Marion County.  The old fairground property was repurchased from private ownership and soon renovation started on the facilities.

Currently, the fairgrounds property boast about 75 acres of land, a ½ mile harness racing track, 3 horse stall barns , 1 large multi-purpose building/ show barn, grandstand,  concession and restroom facilities, floral hall building , a pulling track for many events, walking horse ring, western horse ring and an RV park. The fairgrounds have hosted circus, carnivals, concerts and many events.    The annual Marion County Fair is usually hosted the first week of July. Events include a carnival, harness racing, pageants, concerts, truck and tractor pull, ATV racing and or rodeo, beef show, dairy show, floral hall exhibits, fireworks, lots of great food and many, many more fun things to see and do.
