About
Our handcrafted wines are produced solely from our high elevation Mariah Vineyards grapes. These dry farmed vines are tended to and sustainably farmed by Dan.
When the grapes are at the correct stage of sweetness they are hand picked and sorted. We then begin the winemaking, producing our exclusive estate wines, with each vintage imparting it’s own uniqueness.
The vines are grown in a sustainable manner and are dry farmed for better varietal character and flavors. The grapes were hand picked, sorted and destemmed into a tank.The juice was fermented, then the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 20 months.
