About Us

Herdie Baisden and Carol Wiersma began their farming venture when they planted their first apple trees in 2000. Located on an 80-acre farm near Stockholm, Wisconsin, Herdie and Carol planned to produce products made from fermented apple juice as well as fresh fruit, preserves, and baked goods.
