Madison Area Health Center

Madison Area Health Center was the second practice to join the HealthReach family in 1977. We serve the residents of Madison and neighboring towns including Anson, Norridgewock and Starks. We offer a variety of primary care and preventive services to people of all ages. We work together with our patients and provide a "medical home" with a team of professionals using the latest knowledge and technology.
