David Macrae (UC Davis) founded the Macrae Family Winery to develop limited production wines that reflect the best winemaking skills from the top quality growers in the region. Macrae Family Winery was founded to create ultra premium wines from two of the best viticulture areas in the world, Napa and Sonoma. Starting with the goal to obtain the finest fruit from the finest area our winemaker Kerry Damskey (UC Davis) is given free hand to craft the best wines possible. Using open top fermentors and new French oak barrels these wines excude classic wine profiles. Our goal is to make wine that you can drink right away.

Macrae Family Winery was founded to not only produce the best possible ultra premium wines from the Best Growers in Napa and Sonoma California including Stagecoach Vineyards in Napa and Bacigaluipi Vineyards in Russian River but to allocate wines to support special events such as fund raisers for public entities.
