Established in 1956, the Lyon Township Public Library serves a growing community in the southwest corner of Oakland County. The library is committed to providing an environment where lifelong habits of learning, self improvement, and self-expression are encouraged and where patrons can meet their educational, informational, and recreational needs. The library provides access to and aassistance in using emerging technologies which serve as a gateway to information resources within and beyond our walls. The library responds to the needs of users by providing well-organized and up-to-date collections with professional service and a well-trained staff.
