Lucerne Community Clinic where quality healthcare is focused on the wellness of each individual. Our mission is to serve our neighbors by assisting them in improving their individual health as well as improving the health of the overall community.

Lucerne Community Clinic was established in 2000 through the vision of Dr. Robert Gardner, who recognized a shortage in medical (MediCal/Medicare/CMSP) providers along Lake County’s northshore. At the heart of his mission is providing a variety of providers to serve the holistic needs of the community and to treat patients as if they were members of our own family.
