Lucas Branch Public Library
The Lucas Branch Library was established in June 1990. This branch is the direct result of the hard work of many community volunteers who updated and painted the lower level of the Monroe Township building. These volunteers worked with the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library Board of Trustees to provide materials and staff and become a part of the library system. With a current staff of 5, this branch provides a vital service to this community.
