Louis Robidoux Nature Center Is located in the heart of the Rubidoux area of Riverside, two miles southeast of Limonite Avenue. The Louis Robidoux Nature Center contains a wealth of information. Their educational, hands-on displays are always changing, offering visitors something new almost every time they visit. Although continuously changing, topics often include Native American history, native mammals, birds and reptiles, basic astronomy, the environment and much more. The center also has a small children’s book and video library. Live animals can be found in the museum, such as a great horned owl, an opossum, snakes, tarantulas, toads, various species of fish and snails.
