Mission:

The mission of the Livingston Public Library is to meet the needs of the residents of Livingston in all aspects of library service and to ensure every citizen's freedom to access all library information resources.

As a center of education, information, recreation and culture, the Library shall serve Livingston's diverse and changing community with a welcoming atmosphere, a qualified staff and a wide variety of materials, programs and current technology.
