Open two days a week on a busy commercial street outside Lincoln Hospital, this market serves both the hospital employees and the surrounding community. Weekly cooking demonstrations and recipe exchanges offer guidance on how to cook well with the fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables available, giving shoppers inspiration to cook healthy meals comprised of the region's most nutritious and flavorful produce.
