Lexington Arts Center

The pursuit of the Lexington Arts Center is spearheaded by the Lexington Arts Center Committee (LEXACC). This committee was created by ordinance of the Town of Lexington, and its members are appointed by the Mayor and Town Council. The LEXACC consists of a diverse group of citizens representing numerous business, education and cultural backgrounds. Mission Statement: The purpose of the Lexington Arts Center Committee is to proactively pursue the development of a high quality performing and visual arts center in Lexington in order to provide Lexington and the surrounding region with a unique venue that serves the needs of arts performers and arts patrons as well as the balance of the region's citizens while stimulating significant economic development within the region.
