La Junta Municiple Golf Course
The La Junta Municipal Golf Course was built between 1943 and 1945 for pilot training officers of the army air base. In 1948, the course became part of the city of La Junta.
La Junta Golf Club offers nine competitive holes featuring bent grass greens and blue grass fairways.
