Kevin Bell Arena

weSKATE is Kevin Bell Arena's Learn to Skate program. Lessons are available for Figure Skating, Hockey skating, and Recreational skating, Ages 5 to Adult.

Figure Skating: Run under the International Skating Institute (ISI) skaters work through their own individual skill progression in a group setting. Skills tests are performed at the end of each session with badges awarded for completed levels. Coach Megan Magee plans to take a team of skaters to skating competitions in Wasilla and Soldotna this 2014-2015 season.

Hockey Skating: Coached by Mark Vial these lessons are the perfect place to learn to skate before joining hockey.

Recreational Skating: Both figure skating and hockey skating lessons welcome skaters learning to skate for the fun of it. Skaters are placed in lessons according to the type of skates they wear.
