About Us

Kernersville Branch LibraryThe Kernersville Branch Library, located in historic downtown Kernersville, serves the Town of Kernersville and surrounding areas of Forsyth & Guilford counties. The basement of the 10,000-square-foot building houses the Senior Enrichment Center. The town owns the building and leases it to the Forsyth County Public Library (FCPL).

The diverse suburban community served by Kernersville Library includes a booming population of Asians, Indians, and Hispanics. The area provides convenient access to Greensboro and High Point, as well as Winston-Salem, NC. Over 23,000 nearby residents are registered borrowers who checked out 209,000 titles last year.
