John W. Clark Public Library
About Us:
Franklinville Library is the county's oldest library. It was established in the summer of 1924 by the late John W. Clark. It was the first such institution in the county. Following the death of John W. Clark Franklinville Library was renamed the John W. Clark Public Library.
