Committed to youth development through a wide range of sports, aquatic, afterschool and camp programs, the Y also provides a comprehensive Wellness Center, group exercise classes and free Personal Training sessions for new members. Host to LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, the Clemmons Farmer’s Market and SilverSneakers® programs, the Y stands for social responsibility.
