About Us:

3 acres: Elbert Drive and Lafayette Street. 1 large lighted pavilion, 1 medium sized pavilion, 4 mini shelter houses, restroom facilities, picnic areas, flag plaza and a large boat ramp for access to the Missouri River. The Washington Bikeway Rotary Riverfront trail (2.95 miles) may be accessed at this location. The trail is open during daylight hours only.
