The Illinois State Fair has been celebrated nearly every year since 1953 as a showcase for Illinois agriculture. Today, the Illinois State Fair is one of the largest agricultural fairs in the country. In addition to livestock shows and auctions, the Illinois State Fair also features free entertainment stages, exciting harness races, thrilling carnival rides, great food, and much more!
