Ia 'Oe E Ka La Hula Festival & Competition is the oldest hula festival held outside of the State of Hawai'i. The festival and competition celebrates Hawaiian culture and traditions through solo and group hula competitions, arts and crafts, and food, which is vital to sharing the traditions, values and art of hula with the world.
