Hudson Farmers Market on Carmichael

Goals:

 - Create a stronger, sustainable local food community.
 - Provide high quality, nutritious, local farm fresh products directly to St. Croix Valley residents.
 - Encourage an increase in the consumption of fruits and vegatables by children and adults.
 - Provide a fun, holistic community gathering place celebrating locally produced foods.
 - Serve as a convenient pick-up point for CSAs members (Community Supported Ag.)
 - Serve as a fresh sourcing location for chefs and caterers.
 - Increase sales of locally grown produce, meat and poultry products, and flowers.
 - Support the long term success of small farmers using sustainable production practices.
