Horse of The Sun

Situated less than a freeway friendly hour’s drive from coastal San Diego, we are an easy commute from anywhere in the county.  Located 3,736 feet above sea level, Horse of the Sun enjoys a wonderful micro-climate with average summer temperatures in the mid 70’s and occasional snowfall in the winter.  On the rare days that the weather does not cooperate we are able to provide services in our enclosed riding arena.

Horse of the Sun is also the HQ for Reins on Manes, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting strength and courage through horsemanship for underprivileged youth.
