At the Hopkinsville Family YMCA, we have something for everyone and our goals are to offer programs that will help you to live a healthy life.

We have a Wellness Center and a Free Weight room as well as indoor walking track, Aerobics, and Cycling classes.

Our cardio machines include: Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stair climbers, Octane machines, Arc trainers, and stationary bikes.

All Aerobics and Cycling classes are included in your membership and we offer several types of memberships to fit your family's needs.
