Hopewell Museum

The goal of the Hopewell Museum is to preserve and display what is most typical and interesting of village life in America from early Colonial days to the present. In 1922, Hopewell resident Sarah D. Stout donated an important collection of antiques which became the nucleus of a continuously growing inventory of artifacts, furniture, crafts, and other items.

Area history is presented in the galleries of a handsome brownstone building through period rooms and a number of well-designed displays, including
