Holly Festival Craft Fair
The Holly Festival began in 1994 and has raised over $225,000 for the DARE program. These funds are used to purchase materials used by the DARE officers in the education of our children. The money is raised through booth rental fees (over 100 craft booths), concession stand and bake shop sales, door prize ticket sales and a gift basket auction.
