Holland Community Health Center

The Holland Community Health Center (HCHC) opened in 1995 with one important goal in mind...to provide primary care for uninsured and under-insured individuals and families within the greater Holland area. Driven by the philosophy that high quality health care is the right of all people, this full service, nonprofit facility offers comprehensive, affordable and accessible health care regardless of language, cultural barriers or ability to pay.

In 2004, Holland Hospital partnered with Michigan Medical, PC, a Grand Rapids-based medical provider group, to bring additional services and support to the Health Center. Combined, this partnership provides hundreds of thousands of dollars of support to the area's most vulnerable patients.
