About the Orchard...

HighPoint Orchard is a banquet venue and apple orchard located on historic “Pleaks Hill” in Greensburg, IN circa 1858. Being one of the highest elevations in the county, HighPoint Orchard offers scenic views of the upland reservoir and rural countryside.

The orchard is located on a hilly terrain which provides protection against spring frost and the moisture off the upland reservoir makes growing conditions ideal for fruit. We feature over twenty varieties of apples, peaches and Asian pears.

Randy and Karen Cyman, owners of HighPoint Orchard, established the orchard in 2005 .. In 2009, the two-level “Old Mill Barn” on the property was renovated and now hosts a variety of monumental events from weddings, bridal/baby showers, class reunions, corporate meetings, anniversary/birthday parties and holiday celebrations throughout the year.

Following Randy's passing in Fall of 2017, Karen and her dedicated team transformed the former café and gift shop into additional event space, continuing their tradition of wonderful service and quality event planning.

HighPoint Orchard has now facilitated well over 100 weddings on-site. Karen and her team host a variety of events with onsite catering, as well as, offering off-site catering. Please contact us to learn more about hosting your special event at HighPoint or catering needs at another location.

Photographers are permitted to schedule sessions, by appointment for a nominal fee, to shoot weddings, senior pictures, family photos, and engagement photo sessions. With our land spanning along the upland reservoir, our location provides a beautiful backdrop for great photo opportunities.
