59 Randolph Ave
Saint Paul, MN 55102

651-266-6400

The High Bridge Dog Park is a 7-acre, former coal power plant site that was given to the City for operation as a dog-park following clean-up in May 2012. Thanks to a land-use agreement with Xcel Energy/NSP-Minnesota, the City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department operates the High Bridge Dog Park (officially opens on May 31, 2012 at 5:30 p.m.). Normal dog park rules apply and the prime property is located just south of Shepard Road, west of Upper Landing, north of the River, and just beneath the Smith Ave High Bridge.
