Heritage Seniors Clinic

A first-of-its-kind senior public housing community has opened in the Heritage Park area of north Minneapolis under the direction of the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA). In addition to the MPHA, the unique initiative brings together the Courage Center, Augustana Care, the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, Neighborhood HealthSource and the Minneapolis Highrise Representative Council. Heritage Park Senior Services Center will offer comprehensive health and wellness services for residents living on site and older adults in the community.
