The YMCA is a charitable association dedicated to building healthy spirit, mind, and body. The Hensel Eckman Family YMCA is an association of members, volunteers, contributors, and staff, putting Christian principles into practice through programs that promote healthy lifestyles, strong families, positive youth development, community strength, and international understanding. Y’s are for people of all faiths, races, abilities, ages, and incomes. The YMCA believes we all need a place to belong — a place where we genuinely care about one another, where we pull together for a common cause, and where we treat each other with the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
