We strive to serve our community by offering people who have no other healthcare options access to medical, pharmaceutical, and other health-related services either by providing those services directly or by supplying avenues of access to other providers who can fulfill the services we don’t furnish. Our purpose is to make a significant contribution to the health and well-being of our friends and neighbors in need.

Our vision is to provide and sustain excellent medical care and preventive-care services on a daily basis, operating as an integral part of Iredell County’s community.
