Mission Statement
The Harvey-Mitchell Memorial Library champions and nurtures reading as a vital component of lifelong learning.
The Library is a safe, clean, organized environment with a friendly and helpful staff, providing the public with information in an accurate and timely manner.
The Library provides books, audio-visual materials, periodicals, and programs to meet the educational, recreational and cultural needs of Epping residents.
The Library cooperates with municipal departments and town organizations; encourages intellectual growth and active citizenship; strengthens a sense of community as a place for people to meet, interact, organize, study and share information; and functions as a gateway for reading and learning with resources and programs for adults and youth.
