Harry Griffen Park is a regional facility operated as part of a joint powers authority composed of the Helix Water District, Grossmont Union High School District, the County of San Diego, and the cities of El Cajon and La Mesa.

Canine Corners Dog Park:Â The fenced, off-leash dog park at Harry Griffen Park is supported and maintained by volunteers.Â

Dog Park Hours: 7:00 am to Dusk Daily.
