Harpers Ferry Adventure Center, formerly Butts Tubes / BTI Whitewater offers tubing, whitewater rafting, zipline, canoeing, kayaking, team building, fishing, hiking, camping and more, on the Shenandoah and Potomac rivers in the Tri-state area of West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland, only one hour from the DC and Baltimore Metro regions. We also offer white Water Rafting West Virginia style, Harpers Ferry Tubing and Potomac River Fishing just to name a few.
