Happy Tails Park
This 4 acre park features Lee's Summit's first off leash dog park. The park circles a Lee's Summit water tower which allowed LSPR to partner with LS Water Utilities to develop the otherwise unused land.
Hours: 6:00am - Sunset or 9:00pm whichever comes first.
