Opened in October of 2013, HBC is a production brewing facility complete with a beautiful taproom. We invite you to check out our place here in Hamburg, NY where you can learn about and enjoy our beer. Our mission is to provide high quality and innovative brews while having a good time doing it - it's that simple.
