Opened in October of 2013, HBC is a production brewing facility complete with a beautiful taproom. We invite you to check out our place here in Hamburg, NY where you can learn about and enjoy our beer. Our mission is to provide high quality and innovative brews while having a good time doing it - it's that simple. Additionally, we consider ourselves to be a part of the renaissance in brewing around the Western New York area. Look for us around town and please remember to drink responsibly!
