26th Annual Grumpy Old Men Festival
The Annual Grumpy Plunge will be held in the Mississippi River in Wabasha, MN during the Grumpy Old Men Festival.Brave plungers raise money to help further the missions of Great River Homes, Inc. and the Rotary Club of Wabasha. All of the proceeds from The Grumpy Plunge support these two non-profit organizations and improve the quality of life in our community.
