Greenburgh Health Center

Greenburgh Health Center (GHC) is a division of the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center, Inc. (http://www.mountvernonhealthcenter.org/), a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, (FQHC) 501C(3), Article 28 Licensed Diagnostic & Treatment Center (D&TC).  Greenburgh Health Center provides patient centered quality, comprehensive, primary and preventive health care services and is the medical home for 27,784 patients with over 69,601 annual visits.  In addition to primary health care services, GHC also provides Dental, Behavioral Health, Specialty and Enabling Services.
