The adobe building in which the museum is housed is interesting in itself. It was built in 1938 as a county shop.
Hotel in the Grant County Museum complex in Ulysses, KansasWhile you're at the museum, be sure to visit the Hotel Edwards. The rooms are cleverly "disarranged" and you'll find yourself thinking that the occupant just stepped away and will be right back.
