As a nonprofit organization, the Uvalde Arts Council (UAC) is making a significant contribution to the cultural life of Uvalde and surrounding counties, but could not continue to expand and provide exciting new programs without the generosity of businesses and individuals as well. Ticket sales alone cannot provide the revenue necessary to support the full scope of richness that the UAC provides for everyone. Special giving opportunities are available through Memorial Funds, Planned Giving and In-Kind donations. It is also worth remembering that many corporations offer matching dollars for donations. All contributions to the UAC are tax- deductible
