About Us:

The Glenwood Springs Center for the Arts is a place to"to create, experience and live the arts. To realize this mission, the organization makes a commitment.

- To promote awareness of, access to, and   appreciation for the arts for area residents and visitors
- To provide opportunities for art experience and   education for children and adults.
- To promote increased interaction among artists and   opportunities for growth and exposure.
- To assist the development of the human, artistic, and    cultural potential of Glenwood Springs and the area.

The Center for the Arts provides an array of programs in the Arts for people of all ages. Classes are offered for the beginning to advanced student in dance, visual, ceramic arts, piano, guitar, voice, acting, Silver Smithing, plus a variety of workshops and more.
The Center for the Arts features a gallery which exhibits new shows every month or two of local, national, and international artists in a variety of visual art forms. Two thousand people visit the gallery each year.
