The City of St. Peters has 20 parks covering about 1,000 acres of land. Outdoor amenities available to park users include: recreation trails, playgrounds, picnic shelters and pavilions, athletic fields, fishing ponds, and landscape areas.

Glen Travis Park is over 12 acres of unique pin oak swamp that can be reached from Rabbit Run Park, 10 Mayfield Road. A paved walking trail allows park visitors to explore and enjoy this scenic natural area and observe its wildlife.
