Glasgow Park

Glasgow County Park may well be the crown jewel of New Castle County's park system. For one thing, it offers 250 acres more open space than many state parks can claim. This land is home to a 2.7-mile, paved walkway that loops around a variety of fun attractions. One of these is "Bear Mountain," a massive sledding hill that may be the biggest around. This is especially popular given how Delaware has the lowest average elevation in America - just 60 feet above sea level.
