Gieringer's Orchard And Berry Farm

Frank and Melanie Gieringer started their orchard in the spring of 2001.  We harvested our first crop of peaches in 2004.  Over the years we have added Blackberries, Strawberries, Hightunnel production of Tomatoes, Sweet Corn and misc. produce. Gieringers Orchard has an on farm market where we offer pre-picked and u-pick fruits in season. 

Our son Brice returned to the farm full time in 2012 to help us expand our family operation adding Plasticulture Strawberries and events.   We also take fruit and produce to Overland Park Farmers Market and Lawrence Farmers Market.  Our daughters help us at the farmers markets.  2015 planted Blueberries picking estimated in two years.
